ONDE ONDE - Pinoy - Hapagkainan


A round sticky rice ball cake with palm sugar syrup inside, rolled over the grated coconut, are tasty and sweet. Made of mashed purple yam and glutinous rice, cooked in a boiling water.


BIKO PANDAN Pinoy Hapagkainan


A two-layered steamed combination of glutinous rice on the bottom and silky smooth pandan custard on top. The flavor and the essence of pandan, makes this recipe delightful and good.

This video is our first try of doing biko pandan, On the second time, we did the different way of preparing this recipe, and we make some changes on cooking procedure, to make it easy for you.


How to Cook Menudo [Quick and Easy Recipe]


Ingredients:

1) 1 Kg. Pork cut into cubes
2) 1/4 Kg. Pork liver cut into cubes
3) 4 pcs. Hot dogs cut diagonally
4) 2 pcs. carrots and 2 medium size potatoes
5) 1 large fresh tomatoes cut it into cubes
6) 1 pc. fresh radish cut into cubes
7) 1 red bell pepper
8) 1 chopped onion
9) 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
10 1/2 fresh lime and 4 pcs. dry bay leaves
11) 1/2 cup raisins
12) 1tsp. brown sugar
13) 2 tbsp. soy sauce
14) 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
15) a dash of black pepper and salt

2) 1 pc. diced tomato
3) 1 whole diced onion red or yellow
4) 2 tbs. of fresh minced ginger
5) half lime
6) 1 pc. fresh red chilli pepper (optional)
7) 1 stalk of chopped celery
8) 2 stalk of chopped green onion or spring onion
9) 1 tsp. salt
10) black pepper

PALITAW - Pinoy Hapagkainan



Made from Glutinous rice, rolled and flattened to disk shapes and dropped into boiling water where they float to the surface once it is cooked. Dipped in grated coconut, and presented with a separate dip made of sugar and toasted sesame seeds.
